GAS PROCESSING TRAINING OVERVIEW

Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai Gas Processing baik mengenai hal design, calculation, operation, maupun maintenance. Pada bagian awal training ini akan dibahas mengenai aspek design dalam gas processing. Termasuk aspek design adalah perhitunngan / calculation yang digunakan dalam rancangan gas processing. Satu per satu unit proses dalam pengolahan gas (gas processing) seperti Production Separator, FWKO, Flash, Scrubber, Gas Sweetening, Gas Dehydration, hingga low temperature separation akan dibahas dalam pelatihan ini. Latihan-latihan design dan analisa gas processing akan dipraktekkan dalam pelatihan ini dengan menggunakan software HYSYS. Kemudian akan dibahas aspek operasi dan perawatan dalam pemrosesan gas. Secara umum setelah pengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai design, calculation, operation, dan maintenance dalam Gas Processing secara menyeluruh.

 

GAS PROCESSING TRAINING CONTENTS

Introduction to Gas Processing.

  • Gas Properties & Characteristics (gas properties, vapor pressure, critical properties, Equation of State (EoS), heating value/HHV-LHV, dew point specification, etc).
  • Overview of Gas Processing (typical gas processing, separation facilities, conditioning facilities, etc)
  • Production Separator and FWKO (two-phase separator, three-phase separator, mist extractor, separator calculation, maintenance, etc)
  • Flash, Scrubber & Distillation (Vapor Liquid Equilibrium / VLE, bubble point, dew point, tray columns, packed bed, calculation, etc)
  • Gas Sweetening Process (sour & sweat gas, amine/MDEA process, acid gas pick-up, amine regeneration, etc).

Gas Dehydration Process (adsorption, absorption, glycol process, TEG, MEG, contactor, glycol regeneration facilities, etc).

  • Refrigeration (LTS / low temperature separation, refrigerant cycle, throttling, work fluids, phase diagram, refrigerant selection, etc).
  • Gas Processing Calculation Exercises (using HYSYS)
  • Operation of Gas Processing (operation control, safety systems, layer of protections, sis, relief system, etc)
  • Maintenance of Gas Processing (maintenance classification, preventive maintenance, risk-based maintenance, etc)
  • Discussion, Case Studies and Film

METODE:

Sehari sebelum training online interactive video conference peserta akan dikirim link online pretest yang harus dikerjakan, setelah peserta selesai mengerjakan online pretest peserta akan dikirim link untuk download materi presentasi training untuk dipelajari. Training online video conference dilakukan sesuai durasi training, setiap hari dibagi ke dalam 2 sesi, 2,5 Jam sesi pagi dan 2,5 jam sesi sore. Setelah selesai di hari terakhir atau sehari setelahnya dilaksanakan postest online. Sehari setelah postest online, peserta akan dikirim e-certificate keikutsertaan.
